The amount of therapy during treatment can vary based on your level of care. Our PHP requires 6 hours of group therapy per day, 5 days per week. Our IOP requires 3 hours of group therapy per day, 3 days per week, and our outpatient program requires 1 hours of group therapy twice each week. All levels of care also include weekly individual therapy sessions.
At Southern Sky Recovery, we believe in individualized addiction treatment that breaks the “one-size-fits-all” approach. This can include incorporating both the 12 Steps and SMART Recovery techniques into our treatment program based on the needs of the client.
