Southern Sky offers a wide selection of addiction treatment programs to support veterans in various stages of recovery. No matter where you are in your journey, we’ll be there to support you. Our programs include:
Our PHP is our most intensive level of care. This program meets most days of the week for a full schedule of programming, including group sessions, individual therapy, holistic programming, and more. This program is suitable for those who are in early recovery or dealing with a more severe addiction. This program helps individuals lay a strong foundation for lifelong sobriety by equipping them with stress management techniques and healthy coping skills.
A step down from our PHP, our IOP offers a structured schedule of support while providing more flexibility for clients. Clients meet several days a week for a few hours each session, enabling clients to balance a treatment schedule with other obligations such as school or work. This level of care allows clients to reinforce skills developed in higher levels of care.
With the lowest time commitment, our outpatient program is our most flexible level of care, and as such, is most suitable for individuals who are further along in their recovery journey. The program consists of a weekly treatment session, during which individuals can work with our knowledgeable staff to reinforce coping skills or to receive support and guidance when facing triggers.
These programs offer a framework of continuing care through each step of the recovery journey. Each program incorporates elements of aftercare into its programming to help prepare clients for the next step on the path to recovery.
